Care, Lubrication & Sterilisation

To maintain optimum performance, clean, lubricate and sterilise the handpiece after each use.

Oiling Instructions — Remove the bur before maintenance. Wipe the exterior clean, apply approved handpiece lubricant through the recommended lubrication port, then run briefly to remove excess oil before sterilisation.

Autoclave Instructions — After cleaning and lubrication, place the handpiece in a suitable sterilisation pouch and autoclave in line with your practice protocol and the manufacturer’s guidance. Allow it to cool and dry fully before use.

Important Care Advice — Use only approved dental handpiece maintenance oil. Do not immerse the handpiece in liquid disinfectant or use an ultrasonic cleaner unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer. Always remove the bur before cleaning, lubrication and sterilisation.
